ℹ A Class 755 ‘FLIRT’ passes by with a Greater Anglia service bound for Lowestoft. My original plan involved taking the train from Saxmundham to Halesworth and then riding here, but I was able to cycle here directly from the last crossing and still meet the next train, so I did that. It took 45 minutes and was a bit hilly in places, though, so I doubt my body thanked me for it. A few interesting classic cars passed by me while I was on this road, including a Morris Minor 1000 (the third Moggy I’d seen this week in Suffolk)! The barriers here were manufactured by Smiths Industries in 1990, and they certainly look their age!
