A teenager used to do this kind of stuff in my town here in Ireland. Taking it up on himself to be this crusader of justice and cycle around ratting people out to the local police to the amount where they hated to see him coming 😂. Anyway, he ratted the wrong guy one time and let's just say he stopped doing it fairly sharpish.
