I really don’t know what to do. it’s very, very hard and I cannot mount this tire on this rim. it’s normal ? it’s compatible right ?

Best practice is to remove with levers & install by hand.
If it’s really tight, you might have trouble even reinstalling with levers.
If it’s tight enough you are struggling to install it even with levers, fuck it – pick a new tire.
You could try dish soap on the bead of the tire first, though, to help it slip over instead of binding.

They are a bitch them tubeless. Still waiting on my fingernail to fall off from last mount. I had to get rid of the Magic Mary’s I had purchased, they wouldn’t mount on my rims, I had even brought them in to have mounted and one blew off the rim over night. (Spelling edit)
Some of those schwalbe have steel beads and I wouldn’t attempt it myself personally.

Yes, this is normal, especially for Schwalbe tyres. The key is to move the tyre bead to the center of the rim from both sides as it will give it additional space. Use soapy water and levers if needed. The last few sentiments will be tough, but you’ll get it. There are many videos on YouTube on how to do it.

Tubeless tires and rim have tight tolerances, so yeah a tight fit is common. Use levers, keep other edge in center channel, and just keep stretching it. Hang in there.

Last time I mounted a schwalbe tire I had to use 4 straps to maintain the tire and then use two tire levers. Those tires are a bitch to install

Use rubbery garden gloves, center in bed and if needed plastic levers (wide) to keep the tyre intact. But there are definitely unholy combos around. wtb resolutes where particularly nasty to mount, but sealed fast.

Schawlbe tubeless are notoriously difficult to mount.
Did the exact same combo a month ago. It was a pain. Tube centred in the rim, tyres left over a radiator to soften up. Two of my tyre levers had to go in the bin afterwards.

The key, unless it’s not clear from other replies, is to make absolutely sure that both beads on the tire are in the very center of the rim, where the diameter of the rim is smallest, especially on the opposite side from where you are prying. That will give you just enough slack for the tire to clear the rim where you are prying

Put tire in dryer for a minute to soften it up, then lube bead with dish soap, avoid getting some on your hands and threads, and elbow grease the sob in there.

use a circular trash can and lay the wheel flat across it. helps disperse the pressure and you can get better leverage
