Nice weather, finished this project Trek

I’ve wanted one of these since I saw ‘em at a Trek shop in northern Illinois when I was in high school! 1985 (made August 84) Trek 850. Tange Prestige, the Deer head stuff is long gone so I built it with an almost complete Deore group from a couple years later, 86-87? Cool with the early brakes and the rubber detail on the derailleurs, came with the wheels, deore hubs and black RM-20s. And it fits the fatties!

This will get a black brooks and a vintage Blackburn rear rack and a modern saddle bag. Fair weather commuter.
