Biggest highlight was that the accident didn’t cause more serious injuries. That looked frightening and intense. I hope they can find solutions to prevent cyclists from going out like that.
It was really too bad that the evenings racing had to come to an early end with that horrific crash in the Women's keirin race. It was very hard to watch at that moment, so it's reassuring to know that there were no life threatening injuries incurred. Best wishes to Katy Marchant for a quick recovery,
