Loads of Councillors who tend to talk a weird language, Gillygate Traffic and Air Quality has been bad for over 40 years yet we (Residents) get a 1 years test trial. Gillygate IS a Busy road. Incoming traffic can be backed up to Wiggington/Haxby Road and the traffic from Lord Mayors Walk. so that's Traffic coming in to the City. Then the Outgoing Traffic, DAILY there is back up from York Hospital Visitors, backing up from the hospital to Gillygate. On top of this is the On and Off Road parking/deliveries. The Ambulance Route is nie on Impossible. The Only Air Quality is Fuming Road users and Pedestrians.
