I think those are Shimano A01S or Koolstop D630, but you should take it out to confim since there are a million different incompatible shapes.

We use bulk boxes of the semi-metallic Jagwire DCA027 for this as an ebike generalist pad and have been pretty happy. Though old and once fairly uncommon, no-name ebike calipers have made this a common size again.
