it’s ~4 years old, never had a crash with it… but, this morning i noticed this thin crack on the front of it. there are two, one on the left and right. concerning, or nothing? if i pull hard on both sides of the crack it separates slightly. excuse me if this seems like a dumb post 🙁

4 years is a good run for a helmet
Yes, replace it. You say you never crashed but have you ever dropped the helmet? That would cause cracks as well.
Now that it’s dead, jump and or beat on it. See what it takes to deform.
I did this with a crashed helmet. Made me feel good how sturdy it was.
