My guess is that you probably can, but your pictures aren’t clear and direct enough for me to say for sure. Taking one directly above the chainring to show how much space is between it and your chainstay would help.
As for the thing in the middle…I’m not sure where you’ve shown it, and therefore am only confused.
You may be able to find a crankset with a 52t but you need to make sure that it will fit your bottom bracket. The new crank may cause the ring to hit your frame and/or mess up your chainline.
I think you’re asking about a bushing. Get a thin washer made out of something that won’t corrode (if you have enough room for one…)
52 is quite a large ring. I guess you alone why you need something so gigantic, but there’s a good chance that the teeth will hit the frame.
