Is it your size?
Are the wheels round? (unless you are planning to replace the rear in the conversion)
The water bottle holder is probably worth $20 so yeah.
I would love to have it! It’s a duplicate of my first bike- I think it was $145 back in 1974

Yes, it’s a fair deal. If the wheels spin true and the bearings are good it’s worth more than that.
Take off that stupid broken kickstand. Or tell ’em to give you a $5 discount for that. 🙂
Tire looking a bit rough. I’d strongly suggest getting a new one. Probably both.
