Your bike looks great! I did up an 830 with corner bars also. Was given some black tape so I threw that on but want to experiment with some bright color grips like you did when spring rolls around. Maybe a combo of grips and tape.

It’s nobody’s bike but your own. Do with it as you please. If it works for you, it’s a good thing.
