Steel Cow to Concrete Cows – Birmingham to MK Grand Union Canal Cycle

This is a two day cycle ride with my grandson from Birmingham to Milton Keynes. We took the train from MK to Brum and then set off along the Grand union Canal Tow path stopping off for the night in Long Itchington at the green man pub with camping. Day two saw us negotiate more tow paths and cover about 45 miles leaving the tow path to avoid some overgrown nettles and brambles.
