How bad is it?
Hi everybody. I come to look for wisdom and your opinion on the current state of my suspension (fox 32 with kashima coating, ~ 10 years old). I can’t say I feel anything wrong with it when riding but I would like to know how much I could get out of it. I am sorry if the pictures can’t tell you that much but is all I’ve got.

Dead 💀
Was there even one service made?
Is there no play while riding?

It’s dead, you’ll need a new crown, as I don’t think Fox sells stanchions on their own and you’ll a full lower rebuild. I’d take to a shop which is Fox certified to have a look.
fucked
Rip-new fork time
At this point just buy a new fork. But to specifically answer your question, no, you can’t get anything out of a damaged stanchion because it will perpetually damage the fork seals it passes through.
There’s completely and utterly fucked… And then there’s this
you need a new csu. don’t bother getting the gold factory csu vs the regular black on for a 10 year old bike unless you just want the bling.
Stick a fork in it.
Looks like someone missed their 4000 hrs minimal service window.
You can likely get a new top-crown with the stanchions – from how bad that looks I wouldn’t bet money on the airshaft and the damper being in a good shape and it might be easier just to get a new fork and take that new-bike-feeling, but in theory you can replace the top crown with the stanchions.
If you can find the serial number you can look up the part and start hunting on ebay.

They’re done. And with a kashima coating too. Didn’t you see the signs they needed A service? Replacement I reckon and believe me I know it ain’t cheap
Buy a new fork it will be cheaper than trying to save this one
