‘Am Papierbach’ residential project: urban living – flexible living
In Landsberg am Lech, the residential neighbourhood ‘Urbanes Leben am Papierbach’ is being built in the immediate vicinity of the historic old town. PORR Hochbau Region Süd was responsible for the turnkey realisation of two of the 11 construction phases.
Individual and flexible living is at the centre of the new urban quarter, as living space is being created for all age groups. PORR understood the different needs and fully utilised its strengths in individual construction. The result is barrier-free flats, rooftop lofts with roof terraces, a children’s playground, many family-friendly flats and a green concept with e-mobility throughout – everything you need for modern living.
Thanks to the cycle planning based on LEAN principles, the construction team was able to respond particularly well to the individual special requests of the customers.
