Junior rider Killian O’Brien (Veleka Team) won the Cycling Ireland Hill Climb Championships in the foothills of the Dublin mountains, UCD’s Ruairi Byrne was second and Gareth O’Neill (Athlete Nutrition Coach) 3rd. Caoimhe May (Orwell Wheelers) won the women’s category.

If I've done the sums correctly, a 190m climb in 7m 18s, i.e. 438s, with a rider and bike weighing, say, 80kg, gives a power output of 340W. Air and rolling resistance is on top of that. Impressive stuff.
