My go to is just unscrewing the Air cap of my fork and using the Bottom edge of the bars to align with the center of the Valve and the center of the Compression Adjustment knob bolt.

I just eyeball it, and if it’s slightly out I don’t notice.

it’s so much easier on MTB. On my road bike it’s like… are the bars straight? are my hoods straight? are my hoods straight and even?

My left arm is an inch shorter than my right. You guys would hate my handlebar alignment 😂

This is cool! I usually eyeball it, ask everyone in the room to tell me if it looks right, readjust, and then settle on where I thought it should be in the first place. Easy 🫠
