I would leave it as is. It may have original parts and that would be a nice bonus to the right buyer.
The zefal box is not made anymore, and is highly desirable. I would sell it separately. It’s worth 50-100 USD by itself.
I’d keep it together. Most collectors prefer it wholly original as much as possible.
Sell as is. Those high end Bridgestone frames are so nice.

I’d clean off the dust and mud and sell it as-is. The used market isn’t especially strong, so trying to move the frame and the parts separately is likely going to be more trouble than it’s worth.
Source: I tried to move my own RB-1 with full 7400 dura ace for $600 and didn’t get any bites for months before giving up and replacing the group with R7000 to turn it into a daily commuter.
I bet if you asked $300-400, it would get sold fairly quickly.
RB-1s are the top-flight consumer model from a brand with a lot of bike-nerd appeal.
If it fits, clean it up and give it a ride. You may find you don’t want to let it go.
