  1. Good to see others using Transactional Analysis to think through how we can best engage with others. It’s equally good to think through how we engage on social media. I have learnt to leave the exchange to the police, and where a reckless driver instigates an exchange to be very polite, adult and clear.

  2. I got to the stage where I don't confront them. Just video and then report. However, sometimes it's them who do the confrontation, in those cases it's best to just get out of there.
