Confronting them never helps. At best they ignore you, at worst they intimidate or attack you.
Good to see others using Transactional Analysis to think through how we can best engage with others. It’s equally good to think through how we engage on social media. I have learnt to leave the exchange to the police, and where a reckless driver instigates an exchange to be very polite, adult and clear.
I got to the stage where I don't confront them. Just video and then report. However, sometimes it's them who do the confrontation, in those cases it's best to just get out of there.
