Not helpful, I know, but CK is known for doing custom work for framebuilders and making limited production runs of certain colorways. So it may not be available now!
Oh, you might have found something. They’re retiring the matte black+gold color way, to “make room for a new addition.” Maybe this, is that new addition

Niche manufacturers like Chris King do limited runs all the time, there have been many colour ways made that you can’t purchase anymore.
Clearly that’s King King.
Recently there was a frame manufacturer that built a bike for the King, Mr. Chris King himself, and they used this exact headset and stated in the post that this colorway is fairly rare and may not be available!
