Hiii, it's like the third time in a couple months that I have to tighten back up my bottom bracket.
It's a cheap sunrace bb but I feel like the threading is not the problem.
Last time I made sure to get the right side very tight and to tighten the left side just enough but it doesn't seem to work in keeping it tight.
Any recommendations?
BTW don't kill me for the dirty bike lol, I keep washing it and it keeps raining again

Honestly the only thing I can think of is putting some Lotite on it. If you have money I’d switch the bottomed bracket and see if the problem still occurs. If it does it’s probably the fames bottom bracket threading.
Make sure the bearings are good. Had a BB unscrew itself and get stuck on the cranks, in the middle of the ride my cranks just froze and did a skid for me, lil bit scary. Otherwise, maybe just a few drops of threadlocker?
the left side should also be “very tight” no?
Don’t use loctite on your BB! Use some White Lightning grease on the threads, and use a torque wrench to tighten it up. Make sure you are torquing to spec and you should be good to go. It’s likely that the BB is under torque and that is why it is backing out.
