No, I would negotiate for a discount instead. Scratches will happen anyways over time.
That’s from the packaging, it’s the triangular piece of cardboard that sits on top of where the scratches are. Honestly a really stupid oversight that could easily be solved by putting bubble wrap in between the frame and the cardboard. I know because the same happened to my Grizl
