Hiii is the second time that my inner tube explodes without no reason, I'm using the right tube (26 x 2.0) Damco brand, and I use maximum 50 PSI, but this night that I left the bike in the garage of the building exploded, I'm thinking about the temperature, right now is winter and the garage is very warm but it is still weird, or something that I'm doing wrong…
Any suggestions or advices?

  1. Check your rim to see if there’s anything in there that might damage the tube. Maybe the rim liner cracked and has a sharp bit in there that might compromise it

  2. Pinched tube, faulty manometer on the pump, defect tube.

Also the pressure rating on your tire is for the actual tire, not the inner tube. Keep it in the middle of the min-max tire pressure rating and see if it fails in that condition.

  3. Besides the possibilities mentioned, also check the rim tape and spoke ends to make sure none are exposed or intruding too far.
