Racks need to be waist level so we can lock bikes easily. Otherwise, it’s asking people to bend over.

It really is stunning how many businesses don’t know that locking your wheel is about the stupidest way to park a bike. Manufacturing of these and the grid style racks should be stopped immediately, they are worthless. I see them everywhere with nothing locked to them, and people wonder why.
