The clips on my Basil pannier broke this morning on my ride in. Has anyone replaced these or is my bag a goner?
As an aside, what are some good rack bags that can handle bumps, mud, etc but also carry a bunch of stuff to work including a 15” laptop.

Maybe if they sell replacement parts.
Or just get an Ortlieb
There should be a little screw at the bottom of the clip.
If you search your local area there are often ‘maker labs’ that will 3D print components for you. Make sure you tell them what it’s for so they know it needs to take some stresses.
