Dr Tim Podlogar is an exercise Physiologist mainly interested in Sports Nutrition, Exercise Metabolism, Environmental Physiology and Endurance Performance. He is currently a Lecturer at the University of Exeter, UK. Outside academia, he works as a sports nutritionist for a professional cycling team and with many other aspiring athletes. He is himself an avid cyclist pushing his body to the limits.
