I apologize for the stance. Before my ride this morning, told my wife to take a pic and apparently I just default to mongoloid.
I'm in SE Pennsylvania. When I went out this morning, it was 32° and felt like 21°. Did my 1 hour/19 mile ride that I do. I was good the whole ride, but at the end, my fingertips and toes were starting to numb. I have to get better gloves and some toe covers.
2 things –
-Aluminum foil foot wrap did pretty damn good. Saw it on a GCN short last week and tried it for the 1st time. Was impressed.
-This "Canyon Winter Cycling Jacket" ( https://www.canyon.com/en-us/gear/apparel/jackets-and-vests/canyon-winter-cycling-jacket/9101604.html ) is niceeeee. Only had a U.A. long-sleeved heat gear shirt under it. They massively overcharge for it. I got it for free because I sent a complaint to them. The extra insulation in the front and arms kept my torso and arms warm the whole time. Don't know who the maker is. Only branding on it is canyon, but it says it's made in Spain. If you can find one, or something like it somewhere, it's great for winter.

Philly?
Suffered with cold hands for years below 40F until I got a pair of Castelli Estremo gloves. Can’t recommend them highly enough:
