דרך היין של גרמניה Deutsche Weinsrasse היא אחת מדרכי היין העתיקות בעולם. אורכה כ-80 ק”מ אותם ניתן לעשות בנסיעה מהנה בין העיירות באוטו ויש אפשרות גם לשכור אופניים ולטייל לפי בחירה בשבילים קסומים. יש לעקוב אחרי השילוט הצהוב Deutsche Weinsrasse. תחילת המסלול בעיירה Bockenheim הנמצאת כ 100 ק”מ דרומית לפרנקפורט. (מפרנקפורט עולים על A67 ובהמשך A6) העיירות המומלצות לעצירה לאורך הדרך הן: Grunstadt, Bad Duerkheim, המקום בו נמצאת חבית היין הגדולה בעולם, Deidesheim, Neustadt en Weinstrasse, Edenkoben.
Bad Bergzabem והסיום בעיירה Schweigen הקרובה לגבול הצרפתי. לאורך הדרך אפשר לראות דוכנים קטנים, בהם מוכרים יינות. פרחים ותוצרת מקומית. הרבה בתי יין המציעים את היינות למכירה ולפני כן טעימות. לאורך כל הדרך נפרשים כרמים עם אלפי גפנים ירוקות – מראה מהמם.

Germany’s wine route, the Deutsche Weinsrasse, is one of the oldest wine routes in the world. It is about 80 km long and can be done in a pleasant drive between the towns by car, and there is also the option of renting a bike and hiking along magical paths of your choice. Follow the yellow Deutsche Weinsrasse signs. The route begins in the town of Bockenheim, which is about 100 km south of Frankfurt. (From Frankfurt, take the A67 and then the A6) The recommended towns to stop along the way are: Grunstadt, Bad Duerkheim, where the world’s largest wine barrel is located, Deidesheim, Neustadt en Weinstrasse, Edenkoben.
Bad Bergzabem and the end in the town of Schweigen, close to the French border. Along the way you can see small stalls selling wines. Flowers and local produce. Many wineries offer the wines for sale and tastings beforehand. Vineyards with thousands of green vines stretch along the entire way – a stunning sight.
