No, never heard of it. To me it kinda looks like a late 70’s Japanese bike. I don’t see anything to suggest it’s particularly special or desirable, but it actually doesn’t look half bad… chromoly frame is a good sign, and the lugs look decent, not super “chunky” like lower end frames usually come with.
