After two week waiting my new Wilier Rave SLR arrived. Thank you DHL transportation and Bike24 questionable packing this bike. Front wheel seems little bit damaged. Need to take further look to the bike tomorrow. Any suggestions how should do handle situation?

Get a full refund. I wouldn’t trust any part of the bike not being slightly bent or damaged.

Man that’s a bummer man …yours is the 3rd bike in a month I’ve read on here that came damaged. The other ones …one had a bent fork …the other had a gash in the frame. Shipping these days sucks!…
Honestly, I wouldn’t even unpackage this. Good work taking pictures, and take some more.
Leave this in the box so you can avoid having to repackage it when you initiate a return. Then, return this. There is no way there isn’t something broken or bent on this bike. And, even if it looks fine out of the box, I’d still be willing to bet there are some invisible gremlins here.
If this came into my shop like this, I’d be needing to go through the *entire* bike piece by piece, and that is going to be expensive and time consuming.
My advice to you? Don’t bother inspecting this or even unpackaging it. Send it right back and be honest about why you are doing so. “Damaged in shipping”. That is all they need to know, and provide the evidence.

Just wondering if this was shipped via freight or standard carrier, I believe DHL does both? When I bought a recent bike the order said if it was larger it would have shipped via freight, I would assume they package it better.

Hi all, I will answer couple of your questions. I already opened the box. The bike was fully assembled in one piece and wrapped with plastic. In my opinion it was very loose packaged. The box looked very shitty compared to example canyon bike box. Transportation was via freight and I wasn’t there when this bike arrived. The bike was ordered via leasing company and I send message for them.
