  1. Not really a conversion per se, but I have an old singlespeed Tricross frame as a daily beater and it rips. I had big Bruce Gordon tractor tyres on over the summer, now I have mudguards and 38mm gravelkings for mucky UK winter roads.

Not me, but I have a road bike that’s a little not to my liking, and a nice, swept back handlebar. Really tempted to hit my local bike scrapyard and see if I can scrape together a new drive train.

The steelman I posted recently had flat bars when I bought it. I re built it with drops but being a race bike I feel like I made it way more rando. Flat pedals, mtb derailleur, dt shifters. Steel cross bikes rule!
