I fellow xbikers, got this cheap bike a few weeks ago, added new tires and leftover parts from my shop, dyno hub, crankset, upgraded cockpit.
Is there a cheap way to improve my gearing setup ? I got this equipped with a 7s 11-32 cassette in the back, it's fine on the flats with the 36t chainring, but I'd love to have something better than let's say 32-34t, are there options out there ?

Sweet ride! You know if it’s a 104bcd or 110bcd ring up front? Lots of narrow wide rings available in the 30t-34t range in that size, including inexpensive ones by the same manufacturer as your current ring! I really like the RaceFace and Wolf Tooth narrow-wides as well, though they can be a little spendy (but cheaper used options are out there!)
If it’s a free hub, you could get a wider range 11 or 12 speed cassett and a different derailleur.
Reducing the front chainring size will help on inclines, but your legs will spin faster on flats.
Maybe 1×10 Microshift advent? In my area there are plenty of used ones, they have wide range and are decent

The tongsheng mid drive motor is torque sensing and less expensive than the Bafang everyone is after. It’ll add like 10 lbs total with battery and mid drive kit. AND you’ll be able to haul some serious weight with that frame.
Sweet bike man. Love how that rear rack flows around the tail light, and how the tail light is in the fender! Very cool!

Ahh that mountain in the background and the bottle dynamo tab… you’re not in the states. Are you? I guess it doesn’t matter what kind of bike this is I almost certainly won’t be able to find one in the U.S.
Get a bigger cassette! You can find some 11-42 shimano stuff fairly inexpensive.
