  1. RUBBISH , there is no millions , nor billions of years !!!!! The geological column was first established in the 1800s : they date the rocks by the fossils, and the fossils by the rocks , purely circular reasoning !! Every speck of dirt is the same age. The age of the earth is roughly 6000 years old. Not billions ……

  2. House number 1…very nice…get a gardener folks if you don't like the slopes…its actually quite stunning.. and it looks quite easy to maintain and not too much lawn.. the sheep are a bonus as it looks like that grass could get out of hand pretty quickly after a few good rains…
House no:2…no thanks.. Mystery house buy buy buy what a superb home/property!!! and oh a husband with emotions, makes a change from the last one I watched where the guy wanted his garage for his cars no if's, but's or maybe's…lovely couple this one and Jules you've done it again, well done, I love your enthusiasm Sir..
Oh bad luck folks…cant you put in an offer on a place 'subject to the sale of your place'?? That's what we do in Oz..or your property searches might never align

  3. Jules wears that shirt a lot!
House #1 – I think the kitchen is funky and the yard in on a hill. I'd fall over!
House #2 – I love it. It is totally unique. I'd take it in a heartbeat. I would paint it white. I hate pink.
Mystery House – Very impressive. I like this one too.

  4. I really liked seeing that iron wheel being fitted on the wooden spokes. I grew up on a farm in the Appalachian Mtns of Virginia where we used draft horses for.the farm work. 175 acre farm.

  5. House 3 is so poorly designed. Who designs a home with 90% of the garden on one side and 90% of the windows on to a small courtyard looking at the neighbours wall and house?

  6. In today’s frantic market, one simply must have cash on hand! I don’t live in England but my friend does. They have found many houses online that they could have bought if they had sold their present house and had had cash to barter with. And still, after five or more years of looking, they have yet to move! And how the cost of properties in the last five years have shot up. 😞😞😞😞😞
