Hi, I'm in charge of planning a trip to France for my buddy's birthday. Unfortunately, I'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to bike touring and France in general. Would any one be able to talk about their experience in France and must-sees? We must to do a few days of climbing as well, which is why it runs through Fontainebleau. I'd love to pick someone's brain about it, but it's roughly 50-60 miles a day and basically each stop would just be the larger towns on the map.
I put together this tentative trip, but not sure really how good it is/if I'd be missing out not going elsewhere.
