Trying to solve an issue with my wife's bike. It makes this knocking/clunking sound which gets worse when going uphill. I thought it was the chain, but I've lubed it and made sure it's correctly indexed and the sound is still there. Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe the bearings in the bottom bracket but the bike is only 4 months old.
