  1. its called “derailleur hanger” they are intended to bend so you don’t damage your frame

they are easily replaceable, and googling the model of your bike should lead you in a good direction of where to buy a new one.

Derailleur hanger. Yours happens to be replaceable. They are made to match a particular frame. You have to buy the exact replacement.

  3. It’s pretty easy to replace, i broke it 2 times last winter, they snap pretty easily. Make sure to order the exact part though

Derailleur hanger, also referred to as a mech hanger. It’s a sacrificial part which is deliberately designed to be weaker than both the frame and the Derailleur mechanism. In the event of an impact, it will bend or break rather than the frame or the Derailleur gear. Cheap and easy to replace, but there are loads of different types, so you need to take it off and take it to your local bike shop or look online to find the right one.
