hi folks, already running a Kona Rove (currently switching between two wheelsets for road and gravel)
I want to get a 'racier' lighter bike and looking at deals. anybody come across the infinito xe? not a lot of reviews out there

Those two are kind of apples and oranges. You could keep the Kona as a gravel bike and buy the Bianchi as a road bike, or sell the Kona and buy the Salsa as a do it all. Part spec definitely favors the bianchi though.
For what it’s worth I really like Warbirds. I put 10k miles on a warbird as a do-it-all bike and absolutely loved it.
If you’re keeping the Rove, get the Infinito. Rival AXS is awesome.
