As the paint was completely ducked, I decided to strip it. Never done that before but I’m happy with the result.
Stepped it, used 320 and 400 sandpaper, applied gun blue and varnish.
It’s not perfect but also didn’t expect it to be.
It will be a build for my pops so 1×9 with an old shimano xt, LX crank with a wolf tooth chainring, origin8 quill stem with sqlab 321 2.0 bars, MKS pedals, Oury grips, and some old Ritchey wheels with Billy bonkers probably.

It was a 10€ bike so no ragrets.
Oh and the brakes – old Avid SD3 I think
