Placed an order for Aeroad about last week & the “Estimated Delivery Date: Dec 2 – Dec 13”. Moving forward a week later, I went back to see if I could order a second one but it seems like it sold out & it says “Coming in February 2025”.
Does this mean my order also got delayed. No email from Canyon about any delays nor any changes to my Estimated Delivery Date. Haven’t received any payment link from Canyon too. Should I follow the estimated delivery date on my order or the “Coming in February 2025”?
**About 2 weeks ago, it showed out of stock Coming soon February 2025 before it changed to January 2025. Last week my size reappeared & the estimated delivery date was 16 Dec – 27 Dec. I hesitated to buy but when I saw the estimated delivery date got brought forward to 2 Dec – 13 Dec, I purchased it then. About 5 minutes I bought, it changed to 9 Dec – 20 Dec then to 16 Dec – 27 Dec & now sold out & back to Coming soon February 2025.

My son wanted a particular bike from canyon and the date kept changing and changing and changing and changing again. Finally went with a Cannondale. It may happen quickly or it may be months. I’d reach out.
