First i tried the old fashioned pour the bottle through the stem and made a huge mess.
As i was looking for a basic syringe i found an empty elmers glue bottle and the spout fit well inside the valve stem like shown above.
I drilled a 1/8in hole through the spout and removed the little plastic stopper and old glue inside.
This bottle was conveniently 4 ounces-perfect for mtb.
Also: Valve stems will get gunked up unless you clean inside them after with a rolled up corner of paper towel.

You can just use a 2 oz Stan’s bottle. Buy it once and keep / re use. Refill with the big bottle. Remove the valve core obviously.
I just always pop a small section of the bead off and pour 🤷
I just use a plastic syringe. Super easy, fast, and clean.
