This was a route that the discs really split the debate! I went with them and suffered on the climb hoping to get the benefit off them on the flats. Kinda worked but I suppose I’d have to do it again with all the VPs loaded with the lightweight climbers on and see if I would be quicker?
I was in zone 7 heart rate for over 50% of this, 242w average and only just managed to get into 69th place. So I never see what’s happening up front and why I really feel so thankful to you for doing this for us so I get to see the HITTERS and what they are doing!!
