No harm done, but I was shook to be so blatantly ignored.
I went to the cops but the pigs won't do shit. They admit I have the right of way but he didn't see me so nothing will be done. Not surprised either but I had to try.
For those who are going to comment I wasn't careful enough: I clearly made myself visible in his window and mirror. The cager simply did. not. look.

Full-time bike commuter here, but I also work as a delivery driver who drives a very similar van. You should’ve known you were completely in his blind spot. Whether you had the right away or not, you have to realize a vehicle like that cannot see you on the right side.
I wouldn’t have tried to pass him.
Never, never ever pass a vehicle in an intersection like this. Drivers will always do this, and all it takes to not have the infuriation of this scenario is to slow down your approach so you have time to observe whether the driver is going to go straight or turn without indicating or yielding. Your alternative is to be on an eternal crusade of rage and injury while this continues to happen to you repeatedly.
Assume all vehicles in front of you will turn without indicating at any moment.
Risky riding but good swears, mon gars.
Yeah, I agree with the other commenters. It’s better to just slow down and stay behind them until they clear the intersection if you’re not in front of them before the light changes.
That asshole didn’t even use their turn signal though…
Your turn signal is broken.
I never pass on the right
