I am looking for a new bike but I’m stuck between these two

They’re both supposed to be comfort bikes, they have internal gear hubs, rack and fenders. They both tick the boxes when it comes for what I want in a commuter bike. However, the pure cycles bike is hi tensile steel which I’m concerned about. I’ve also heard more bad things about Pure Cycles than Breezer. I like that I can save 350 bucks but I’m looking for some advice on if it’s better to go cheaper or spend a bit more for the Breezer
