I’m in the U.S. and purchased this bike from the Netherlands. Looks like a woods valve, but it has a pointy bit on the end. It seems to fit my presta pump head but the valve is too short to be engaged.

Short term, flip the core over and then air it up with a presta pump. long term swap your tubes out for whatever you’re familiar with.
