Working on this 830

Not done yet but here's before-and-current photos. I might do VO Crazy Bars instead of the Surly Corner so I left extra cable/housing length. Gonna test em out. I put ESI grips on temporarily but I want to do bartape on whichever is the final bar choice

• Original cranket, but only the middle (38t) chainring. It's one of the fun Biopace oval ones. It had trouble with chain retention in the largest rear cogs so I reinstalled the original front derailleur and set it at a fixed "chain retention" position with the limit screws.

• 8spd Acolyte cassette/der/shifter

• Shimano Alivio V brakes with Tekto Eclipse levers

• old WTB Speed saddle
