I recently got a great deal on a 2019 Cube Nuroad Race that had been in a mild collision with a car.
The non-drive side seat stay is bent, so being that it’s aluminum, the frame is toast.
Rear wheel needs a true, but everything else is mint.
I’m going to buy a replacement frame set and I want to be able to use as much of the components as possible.
I’m leaning towards an All City Cosmic Stallion, as I already have a Macho Man disc and I like their stuff. I’ve always wanted to run wider tires but the MM maxes out at about 38mm. Also looking for something lighter; higher end steel, carbon fork. Perhaps I might even be able to get a deal with the brand being wound down by QBP.
I figured you folks might be able to make some suggestions that I haven’t considered.
Bonus points if you can suggest a frame that’s available without a fork, that will work with the original Cube fork.
