~~It’s an NS Eccentric Cromo, right? A quick google says it’s an IS42/28.6 upper and IS52/40, which translates as a tapered 1 1/8 to 1.5 steerer with an integrated headset.~~
Crap! That’s for a different year. I think that one is a ZS44/28.6 upper and an EC44/40 lower.
Google “SHIS headset guide” or something to learn more about headset sizing.
