The Fuji is a bit more upright and has the bigger tyres so that should make for a comfier ride.
If looking for help, please provide a link instead of a screenshot. That way we can look at the actual geometry and not a less-than-accurate visual representation of the geo – a sloping top tube just means potentially more compliance.
The Diverge has 1mm more stack in the size comparison I can find (thanks for making me search), but the reach is considerably shorter on the Jari with a steeper seattube angle. The Jari will feel more upright with controls closer to the rider.

I get anxiety just thinking about the question
The Diverge has a slacker fork angle and the rear wheel is slightly further back too this will make it more relaxed. The steeper the fork angle, as in the front wheel is closer to the frame will give quicker steering similar to a road bike.
Frame geometry-wise, there isn’t enough difference between these two bikes to make much of a difference. Stem, spacers, and handlebar choices will make more of a difference.
As for the top tube angle, you’ll mostly just notice than when straddling the bike (standover) and if you ever want to run a dropper post.
