Look 496 TT

Hello, I bought a Look 496 CLM frame kit (derived from the Athens Olympic track frame), it needs a repair at the carbon seat tube: for those who know, does it seem repairable to you? A carbon repairer in my area told me yes. Another question if you have this bike, is the aluminum insert removable or glued into the frame?
