Hey, my friend gave me this frame that she got from a community bike shop. I'm trying to restore it a bit and build it up. Does anyone have any info on this brand? I think the brand is called Wisdom and it has this flower shaped logo on the head tube. The dropouts also looks interesting.

Not a clue but I love it
Those are paragon machine works dropouts and cable guides/ stops. That means this bike was probably built by a small custom builder. It’s worth painting or powdercoating if it ends up fitting well.
