Hello. I'm new to the world of vintage bikes. I'm looking to identify the bike pictured from marketplace. The only info they'll share is this picture. Things that are throwing me off: the stem shifters, the fender eyelets on the dropouts, the cable guide on the downtube, the headtube lugs. I've found some models that are close, but missing one these details. Thank you!
